Service Description

CAUSATION INSPECTION A causation report is put together and helps insurers to simply identify the cause of damage and make a quick and fully informed decision when it comes to processing a claim. The report typically outlines the cause and impact of damage and loss. ROOF/PROPERTY INSPECTION Our inspection report details the current condition of the exterior/interior and roof covering at the time of attendance with a full description of the risk. PRE/POST LOSS INSPECTION -Sewer Back Up - Loss/Limits Quantification ($5k, $10k, $15k) -Site Inspection/Documentation -Progressive Repair Site inspection/Review -Dispute Resolution -Quality Control INSPECTIONS/ INFORMATION GATHERING -Scope of Damages/Specification for Repairs -Site Measurements/Transport/Cargo Pre/Post Delivery Inspection -Content Listing/Reporting/Pricing/Documenting -Additional Services Available Upon Request
